Frequently asked questions
We're here for you.
Is my photo suitable for printing?
Choose a sharp, well-lit original photo if possible. The important people or details should be clearly recognisable. In the designer, you can adjust the crop; if the resolution is too low, you'll see a notice. This notice only checks the resolution – so also make sure your photo isn't blurry or too dark.
Can I view my design before ordering?
Yes. Before ordering you can view your design from all sides in the 360° preview. Check the image crop and your engraving, especially names and dates. If you want to change something, go back to editing. Screen display and metal surface may reproduce colours and shine differently.
What is the difference between fine silver and silver-plated?
Fine silver consists of 1 oz (31.1 g) of 999 fine silver – the material comes from Bauer Walser AG in Germany. The silver-plated version has genuine silver plating on a metal core and weighs 25 g. Both versions are available as a coin (Ø 50 mm) or bar (54 × 36 mm), each with your photo in UV print and your personal laser engraving.
What's included in the price?
Included are your coin or bar with a photo print on the front, personal laser engraving on the back, an acrylic capsule, a black cardboard gift box and a certificate of authenticity. You can add a premium wooden box separately for €24.90 – when you buy two bars or coins you get two premium wooden boxes for free. Shipping throughout the EU is free from €150 order value.
When do I get the two wooden boxes free?
Buy 2 products of your choice and get 2 premium wooden boxes worth €49.80 free. You can combine all products as you like.
When will my order arrive?
We produce daily – your piece is usually ready the same or the next day and ships right away. We ship to Germany with FedEx (usually 2–3 days), to other EU countries also with FedEx (usually 2–5 days) and within Austria with Austrian Post (usually 1–2 days). Every shipment is insured. More in our Shipping information. If you need your piece by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I return a personalised product?
Your product is made according to your personal design. As a rule, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for individually personalised goods (see Cancellation policy). Your statutory warranty rights for defects remain unaffected. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us with your order number and a description.
